İBRAMAKİ ART GALLERY STARTS TO HOST “NOW IS LATE, NOW IS MIGRATION” EXHIBITION

Kuşadası Municipality İbramaki Art Gallery started to host Emrullah Güler's sculpture and ceramic exhibition titled “Now Is Late, Now Is Migration” exhibition today. The opening of the exhibition, which was appreciated by art lovers, was made by Kuşadası District Governor İbrahim Keklik and Kuşadası Deputy Mayor Seyfi Seyhan Suvari.

More than 30 works were included in the exhibition organized by Emrullah Güler, who synthesized the art of ceramics and sculpture, in memory of his wife Yeliz Güler, who passed away about 4 months ago. Kuşadası District Governor İbrahim Keklik and Kuşadası Deputy Mayor Seyfi Seyhan Suvari cut the opening ribbon of the exhibition, which attracted great interest from art lovers. The exhibition, which includes ceramic and sculpture works prepared by the artist with different techniques, aims to offer an emotional and aesthetic experience to its visitors. The exhibition can be viewed free of charge until Friday, February 14.

Making the opening speech of the exhibition, Kuşadası District Governor İbrahim Keklik said;

 “First of all, we are happy to host a valuable artist like Emrullah Güler in our city. Such events make significant contributions to the cultural and artistic life of Kuşadası." 

“CAPITAL OF CULTURE AND ART”

Kuşadası Deputy Mayor Seyfi Seyhan Suvari said;

“İbramaki Art Gallery is hosting an important exhibition again. We want to make Kuşadası, the tourism capital of Türkiye, also a capital of culture and art with such events." 

"I CLUNG TO ART AGAIN"

Artist Emrullah Güler also thanked Kuşadası Mayor Ömer Günel for opening the doors of İbramaki Art Gallery to him. Stating that the exhibition also includes works damaged in the Kahramanmaraş-cantered earthquake on February 6 in his workshop in Malatya, Güler said;

“The earthquake and the process in which I lost my wife affected me very deeply. Later, with the inspiration I received from my daughter, I clung to art again and started making sculptures. I invite all the people of Kuşadası to my exhibition."
