YOUNG ATHLETES PROMISE TURKISH CHAMPIONSHIP TO MAYOR ÖMER GÜNEL

Mayor Ömer Günel met with Kuşadası Küçükada Sports Club President Özkan Yavaşer, who finished first in the Aydın Group in the Turkish Football Federation (TFF) U-16 Türkiye Championship, the technical staff, and the football players. Mayor Ömer Günel congratulated the players on their success and said;

“We will always continue to support you.”

Kuşadası Küçükada Sports Club won all the matches it played in Aydın in the TFF U-16 Türkiye Championship and earned the right to participate in the Aegean Group qualifiers which will start on Tuesday, April 15 in Denizli. Kuşadası Mayor Ömer Günel also hosted club President Özkan Yavaşer, the technical staff and the football players in his office. Mayor Ömer Günel congratulated the young athletes and gave them various gifts, wishing them continued success. The football players also promised Mayor Ömer Günel to be the champion of Türkiye.

Stating that they will always continue to support amateur sports and sports clubs in Kuşadası, Mayor Ömer Günel said;

“We have full faith that successful athletes and teams will emerge from our city. May my young friends have a clear path. I am sure that they will return to Kuşadası with a trophy.”
