CLEAN ENVIRONMENT AND CLEAN FUTURE EVENT BY STUDENTS IN KUŞADASI
As part of Tourism Week, a coastal cleaning event was held in collaboration with Kuşadası Municipality and Kuşadası Şehit Kaya Aldoğan Anatolian High School. Students collected bags of garbage from Kuşadası’s coastline in a short time, drawing attention to the importance of protecting the environment.
In the event attended by the Cleaning Department teams and students of Şehit Kaya Aldoğan Anatolian High School, wastes thrown on the shore and rocks in the area starting from Bülent Ecevit Park on Güvercinada Street to the Hand Statue was collected. In the event, which lasted approximately 1 hour, wastes were classified according to their types and then delivered to Kuşadası Municipality authorities to be recycled. At the end of the event, the environmentally friendly students thanked Kuşadası Municipality for their support.
